Michael Lamendola is a licensed broker and real estate entrepreneur residing in Austin, Texas. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michael moved to Austin in 1989 after attending Louisiana State University. Michael's many endeavors include co-ownership of one of the most successful real estate companies in Central Texas, ReSolution Realty Advisors, which has generated sales in excess of $300,000,000 since 1994. As well, Michael is a principal in First Agent Realty, a statewide residential real estate firm set to launch in the Fall of 2011 and the owner of Windsor Custom Homes, a builder of superbly crafted luxury homes priced from $1,000,000.
In his spare time Michael plays drums with Brad Dunn and Ellis County, an Austin based country rock band whose debut CD, Ranch Cat, is garnering favorable reviews. Last Fall, the band was fortunate enough to be invited by Governor Rick Perry to play at both his election night victory party and his inauguration day celebration on the grounds of the Texas State Capital.
Michael is an enthusiastic automobile aficionado. He enjoys cooking and traveling and spending time with his sons Luke, 10 and Sam, 9.
