Michael Lamendola is a licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur residing in Austin, Texas. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michael moved to Austin in 1989 after attending Louisiana State University. Michael's many endeavors include co-ownership of one of the most successful real estate companies in Central Texas which has generated sales in excess of $350,000,000 since 1994. As well, Michael is a principal in First Agent Realty, a statewide residential real estate firm launched in 2012 and the owner of Windsor Custom Homes, a builder of luxury homes priced from $1,000,000.
In his spare time Michael plays drums with Brad Dunn and Ellis County, an Austin based Texas country band whose debut CD, Ranch Cat, is garnering favorable reviews. The band was also invited by Governor Rick Perry to play at both his election night victory party and his inauguration day celebration on the grounds of the Texas State Capital.
Michael enjoys cooking and traveling and spending time raising his sons Luke, 11 and Sam, 10.
